Integrative Family Care

We are an independent medical practice providing affordable family medical care to individuals and small businesses. We take care of individuals for $80/month for adults, $30/month for children, regardless of insurance status. We offer improved access to your physician, with same day/next day visits when needed, texting/phone visits, and ample time to truly care for you. Small businesses can offer membership to their employees as a medical benefit.
