In the fall of 2016, she relaunched as BTH Construction Delivery, offering a wider scope of design and construction services, for residential and commercial projects. BTH now provides design and master planning, construction management, 3D rendering and BIM, construction administration, site safety, preconstruction services, community engagement/planning and project management. About Bridget Harris Bridget has managed and designed many different projects. Those projects ranged from renovations of small scale buildings to the design and construction of multi-million dollar luxury buildings, complexes and master plans. She specializes in Construction Administration and acting as Owner’s Representative. Also, she provides oversight and direction for the general contractor and reviewing the quality of workmanship and compliance with the drawings. Most noteworthy, she has experience working with Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) multi-disciplinary teams working on multi-million dollar projects.
