Their ministry provides ethnic hair care education for bi-racial foster care, adoptive parents and caregivers. Their mission is to provide hair and skin care products for every member of your family, regardless of what your family looks like. ATL partners with local families, foster care professionals and adoption organizations to aid and educate potential parents and/or respite caregivers. Ethnic hair care classes are monthly and everyone is welcome to attend these multi-segment training classes. Also, sessions are a combination of lecture, practical application and interactive practice in an open, honest, and safe environment.
